A very interesting development impacting open carry rights.

Styx comments on the impact of this decision by the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals.

I feel like this is just another way that whites and any other race can have an excuse to kill the black people since we are feared and viewed as bad people.

Open carry is a right enjoyed by all American citizens. Or at least it should be. Those restrictions and impediments to it are coming down slowly but surely. This issue isn't one of Whites and other races pitting themselves against Blacks in reaction to fear of them. The perception by some people that Blacks are bad people isn't at play here. This whole matter rests on the right of Americans to open carry freely as free people. It's a matter of principle and legal recognition of those right guaranteed by The United States Constitution.
