Hello, my name is David.

I live in the Bay Area, CA. I was born and raised here. I'm married with 3 children and I work in IT.

I'm a Christian whose beliefs go along the reformed camp.

What has brought me here? I've recently have become interested in HHH. The thing is that it is not my cultural background or has rap been my musical inclination. I've been turned onto Shai Linne and have found myself enjoying the music for the most part, but more importantly I have been encouraged by what he says. From there I've found other artists who bless and fascinate me with the content of their messages and delivery. I like many types of music, but what I tend to gravitate toward mostly is metal. There's a lot of Christian metal, but I find most of it spiritually shallow. I desire to hear music with depth. Whereas what I've been hearing in HHH is an amazing blend of art and truth.

So, I'm here because I'd like to expand my cultural horizons. I'm interested in language, culture, music, history and politics, and social issues. I'm fluent in Spanish and know some Portuguese and very little German. I like to joke and make satire, but I'm also often very straight forward as in this intro. I hope to engage here to learn more about HHH and to be an encouragement to my fellow believers out there.

Welcome to the forum! If your beliefs lean towards the Reformed camp, you'll fit in. Also there's a bunch of guys on here that work in the IT field. So you have mutual interest.
