I understand that, but I don't think the wall will solve any problems, but will hurt us in the long run with a all the money billions of dollars for the wall which may not stop illegal immigrants in that case. It may get rid of Mexicans but its not going to stop others from coming.
Yeah, I don't think that a wall is a complete solution, but it is a start. It's a difficult problem as there is a lot of land to guard. About the cost, I don't think it's substantial.
Really, we need to address our own national drug problem. The evil cartels in Mexico are rich and powerful because WE buy their drugs. We also need to do our own labor. We have so many people on welfare and yet we have people who don't even speak English working making a living here. If there were no jobs for them here, they wouldn't come. If we were all working here and there was still more work to do, then we could hand out work visas and do things right.

You don't understand? I'm an American. My loyalties are to my country. Color or ethnicity aren't important. I hold no loyalties based on them. My loyalties are based on citizenship and the content of one's character, for the brethren primarily. Are you a racist? Is it all about race and tribe for you?
I care about Mexico and the people of Latin America greatly. I have familial ties and friends there. What I talk about could be taken to be called a tough love approach. What best for those countries is to not be able to bleed off their problems on the US, but to face their own problems and resolve them instead.
Well, that is true. The are a lot of people who are illegal immigrants, who don't even speak the language that are working while we have so many people born here who don't work but instead live off of public assistance. Doesn't seem right to me. What do you think?
Judging? Whom? No persons in particular, just these backwards systems we have.

Depends on the circumstance. Obviously you have never applied for Government Assistance a Single adults with no kids have to work to get government assistance to get housing you have to make a certain under a certain amount. To get food stamps you have to work at least 20 hours a week here in Ok the they have to. And if you approve, they give you 3 months to find a job. if you are on government assistance for life than you are a fool in my opinion its mean't to make people do better not to trap them. so there is nothing wrong with the system.

My point was that there are people born in the US that don't have jobs and find themselves living on social assistance while there are illegals living and working here. How is it that we have illegals who don't even speak English finding jobs and people born here who know the culture and language have to go on public assistance? Then when the Trump says he wants to close the borders, so many get upset. Why? Shouldn't' we be taking care of our own people first? We should have to have people on public assistance. We should all be able to find work here.

I don't have a problem with it at all, I just think it's a waste of money and taking from rather than giving to us. Mexicans are not the only illegal immigrants there are others in that case build a wall around the WHOLE damn continents. Plus he lied and said that Mexico was paying for it and they set the record straight fast and very clear they not paying for nothing. LOL
Of course Mexicans aren't' the only ones, they're just the the largest group easiest to spot. We have illegal Canadians taking good tech job int he Bay Area too. I will be happily surprised if Trump accomplishes all his promises. I'm grateful for Trump because he saved us from Clinton who saved us from Sanders.

how many languages do you speak? German Spanish now Russian?
I'm fluent in Spanish. I speak enough German to get into trouble. I know the basic grammar and have a small vocabulary. Basically, I can read it with the help of a dictionary, can say the simple greetings and count in it. The same goes for Portuguese, though since it's similar to Spanish, I understand it more easily. I just know a few words in some other languages.
I weep at all of the DARKNESS in my country, but what breaks my heart is when I see those that have the LIGHT do nothing about it!
