Hello all.

My name is Josh.

I'm a Junior at the University of Alabama majoring in Telecommunication and Film with a concentration in Broadcast News. I am a PK, and have really enjoyed the accountability that comes along with being a pastor's kid. My father is a PCA minister, and when I'm not in school in Alabama, I live in Virginia Beach, VA.

Until my freshmen year in college, I didn't really have a good outlook on CHH. I always viewed it as "cheesy" and "corny". But then, my roommate at the time played Lecrae's "Send Me" for me and it was on. Ever since I've been soaking up the music, listening to anything and everything I can. I have some favorite artists in terms of sound, but I don't like to say I have a favorite artist overall. I am deeply appreciative of the CHH scene and the guys using their talents to reach the world and the urban scene for Christ. The advancement of the Gospel is what matters most to me. If the production is "sub-par", so be it. As long as the message is solid and clear.

I am 20 years old, 21 in November. I plan on finishing my degree and working for 2-3 years to pay off college debt, and then returning to school for seminary in hopes of attaining my M.Div and going onto the mission field for the Lord in whichever way He leads me.
