I've been checking out the HCR board for a minute and registered, but lost the confirmation e-mail so I had to log on thru another email. So glad I can join in now. Hey all, some of you older cats already know me, it's Colby (aka Kobe/Skreetpreacha)... QS told me about a HHZ thread on here from myspace, lol, so I came to check it out and registered again. I've been banned from every HHH board imagineable, lol. Sometimes for me bein an immature and argumentative Christian at the time, other times simply for my denominational views. Anyway, what's in the past can stay there, so I hope you all can give me a fresh start as I give you one. :-) ... I don't even believe in "debating" anymore, so no worries on that tip, I'd just like a place to come while I'm drinking my coffee in the morning and be edified about what other Christians have to say and what God is doing in their lives. I'm in a "work season" of my life right now, working 80 hours a week, so I probably won't be on much right now anyhow.

We're blessed man, thanks for askin. I don't get to see em near as much, working 80+ hours per week right now, but only through December I'm doin that. After that, it'll be down to like 50-60 hours, which will be great. :-) I'll have to take and upload some new pics for my myspace. :-) God bless

funny u aksed that, cuz I just got some new fits for the first time in like 3 years. :-) I dress whatever I thank looks clean, and yes, other's still consider it "hood". I'm into the plaid shorts (again) with like a tall T and fitted. I keep it simple these days. :-)

Great to be here, I'm dj but most importantly a child of the King of Kings, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I attend a tight knit youth group down under in australia..Yup the australian way fam. From the West Coast, no not where HillSong are from, their from Sydney..

I am South African, been here 8 years now. Fell in love with music when I started listening to Maxwell, Jamiroquai, Sade and Brand New Heavies..Yup a bit of that Pop flavor happenin..Music all changed up for me when I heard a tape my older brother left around the house. CECE WINANS "EVERLASTING LOVE" I believe it changed my life, the anointing and pure sincerety of worship in her lyrics and attitude touched my heart to the point where I needed to know not only why my brother stopped smoking weed and his life was completely changed but why did the music touch my heart in the way it did..I knew it wasn't jus anything. There was some type of power that I didn't understand. I started reading His Word, god's word..I found that it was His love that was the power, and the power of Holy Spirit entered and I gave my heart to the Lord..

Yo and since then I been diggin deep, not that deep lately but need to..I later heard Tonex Pronounced Toe-Nay and I wondered why this didn't cross over to mainstream..This was tight, I started searching for more music, only to find that there other people who the Lord was leading me to make mixes for, buy cd's for and spread the Gospel in this way before I ever got boards..

Yo there's more to the story but I'd keep yah on here for a minute..

What's Up Fam,

I guess you can say i'm a new cat. I got me a user name a while ago but it's been a nice minute since I been on and never really chopped it up with everyone. Now I got my laptop/internet connection tight I will be around getting it in with the People of God.

I wrapped my arms around my savior "Jesus Christ" back in 1997 and truely gave him my all. I got married back in 2001 and we had our first child "Yoshua" in 2006. I am From Detroit Michigan "The Thumb Of the Mitten" or "Holy Glove" and I go to Family Victory Fellowship where I was over the youth ministry for 2 years but when things started picking up with our Ministry Rap Group "God's Army" I had to take a step back because we were in and out of the state a lot plus I'm still working as a Manufacturing Engineer full time so it's kinda hard to do it all even when we want to. Oh yeah my group were the first in History to release a CD and a Book that explains all of the lyrics line by line, a lyrical commentary if you will (check out the website to see what we got going on) We are also on itunes and 3hmp3.com and a few of the HCR cats played our Stuff Good looking out yall!!

I listen to a lot of the podcasts and am trying to catch up on what's going on, on the boards. So Reach out and lets build. I'm looking forward to kicking it with everyone on the board.

Hey Fam!! First up I've learnt so much from this board, so much love to this community!

I don't know how I came across here but been lurking since I think '05, around the time I gave my life to Christ. It was somewhere in between trying to find more music by the Souljahz (I heard two of their songs in the game Project Gotham Racing on the Xbox, what are the chances?) after throwing out hundreds of unedifying albums, to being introduced to CM and it was history! Heaven's Mentality and House of Representatives blew me away fam and still does

Then I came across The Yuinon website, read through the articles, joined the forum May '05 (remember that one lol) and got so much help from those guys in more ways than they'll possibly know on this side..

So with all that said, I go by the name AK which I had given to me (folks kept mispronouncing my name lol) & it now stands for "All 4 His Kingdom". I'm 18, come from the UK, got into making beats to keep up with the writing and haven't stopped since!
