Family,
Yesterday at my job (I'ma elementary school teacher), one student decided he wanted to run around my room, bump into other students and desks, bang on my piano's, etc.....so I finally get him to sit down (after like 20 minutes) and go back to teaching! Anywayz, he tries to run out the room so I grabbed him by his shirt collar. He kept on pulling away saying "You're choking me" but I let him know he was choking himself by trying to run away. Bottom line, I'ma be investigated now, and truth be told I know they didn't dust his neck for prints b/c it would've been clean. So now its just my word against the students of his class. Pray that truth prevails, b/c I'ma little disheartened right now.

But yeah, I used to work at a group home and I dealt with a lot of kids that we HAD to put our hands on, of course we had managing aggressive behaviors training and the like to know how to and stuff, but still things sometimes escalated and the trained-hands-on sometimes went out the door and we just had to do what we had to do. I was investigated once, but there was a witness...any-who, praying bro, I know the wait can be intense.
