at least Da T.R.U.T.H. and Lecrae are nominated, would be interesting if neither of them won. They should put together a board specifically for HHH consisting of people within the HHH industry and real-deal listeners.

i doubt the Stellar people would have nominated anyone in hip hop prior to hearing at least most of what came out in the genre this year. neverthtless, for this year's incrdible releases, i would have nominated:
* Trip Lee
* Stephen the Levite
* R-Swift
* LeCrae

I would guess that Trip Lee, Stephen the Levite, and R-Swift wouldn't be eligible for this award because they weren't released by the cut off deadline.

So what parent company or label is behind these awards? Nothing but east coast kats. Obvious by the selections that these are chosen by a small group of guys out there.

why are they nominating albums from 2 years ago? There's no way that da Truth's last album couldn't make the cut off; it dropped in late 2005.
