Open letter to Kellogg's with gospel

I love Tony's Cinnamon Krunchers and am having an increasingly difficult time finding it in stores. I decided to contact Kellogg's customer service in hopes that they will address my concerns.

Having interned for consumer products companies for two summers, i'm certain that there is someone on the kellogg's side of things whose job is to read letters like these.

Here's the letter that I sent:



Tony's Cinnamon Krunchers (TCK):

WHERE IS THIS CEREAL?!?!?!?

I'm having QUITE the difficult finding tony's cinnamon krunchers in stores. This is really bothersome because TCK is without a doubt THE BEST cinnamon cereal on the market.

It is 100x better than cinnamon toast crunch and yet you guys do not advertise it as such. Why is that?

I recently moved to baltimore from the northeast and finding this cereal down here has proven even more difficult. Are you guys considering halting production of TCK?

PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THAT HORRIBLE THOUGHT!!!

I'm a grown man. I don't cry often. I generally only cry when I'm reminded in a powerful way of what jesus christ did for me on the cross (My sin/breaking of God's law merited hell, but his sacrifice perfectly covers my sin and allows me to have a restored relationship with God).

I'm certain that i'll come close to shedding a tear if i'm unable to buy more boxes of TCK.

Please send me coupons so that I can buy TCK at a reasonable price when I actually find it!!!!

yeah fam...i threw the benny hinn part in there as a joke.

But this cereal has seriously been discontinued.

I'm currently calling up different rite aids in the area as an attempt to buy ALL of the tony's cinnamon krunchers available.

I got a rain check for 8 from a store that no longer has any in stock...i'll see if they can increase it to 16 or something.

I got my rain check upped from 8 to 50. I locked in a price of $1.79 for a cereal that costs $4.79.

I've purchased about 30 (yes, my tour extended over about 10 rite aids from northern virginia up through northern baltimore) boxes total and have decided that it would be in my best interests to stop buying cereal. Cereal lasts for about a year, but i'm not getting the best dates...and i do not think that i will be able to finish more than 30 boxes before the expiry dates.

i sent a follow-up letter to the laura cervantes. No response as of yet.

If you saw a man spending time with a dying relative that you did not know, would you ask to spend time with that relative (thus taking away from the time that the man could spend with his relative)? How then could you ask for a taste of a dying a cereal that the owner holds near and dear to his heart? I'm just saying is all.

Ndidi, let me holla at you about Weetabix for a sec. Because i have always lived in america i have never actually seen weetabix before. I first heard about it from listening to WOTMR. It seems Ray Comfort is addicted to it cuz its all he ever talks about. And hearing you mention it has made me curious. i googled it just to see a pic of it and is it ?

2 biscuits of Weetabix + icecold milk = pwnage. I think it's an acquired taste, if anything. I grew up eating lots of cereal with lots of fiber - other kids stuck with their corn flakes.
And yes, those are the pics of Weetabix. And whoever reviewed it was obviously one ignorant American. :mad:

Wow, I clicked on the pic...weetabix looks and sounds disgusting, I can't see how someone can eat that....on purpose. I am only playing but I have never seen anything like that.
