    for me, it was bungee jumping......that is a RUUUSH for real....

    Jumping off 45' bridge repeatedly.

    Snowboarding (being only non-white on the mountain).

    biked down a huge garbage dump mountain with broken breaks plus a sea of rocks at the bottom. the garbage dump mountain also had sharp trees starin you down. i was a young kid, trying to prove to my peers that using your breaks were for wimps (we already proved that wearing helmets were for stupid people a week before. lol). i made it to the bottom with amazing speed, hit something, did a slow motion flip in the air with my head targetted between a little 5 centimetre diameter sandy section among the rocks. i guess God wanted me to do something later on.

    Seriously the most extreme thing I've done, mind you this is not a sport:

    Being a Case Manager for children of incarcerated parents in Wards 7 and 8 of DC (all PG and DC residents can feel me here). Having to make house calls in those kind of neighborhoods is no laughing matter and me standing out like a sore thumb doesn't help. Psalm 23 definitely comes to mind here.
