i know its nothing unusual with being a little nervous to fly; but even though i've flown multiple times i can never relax on a plane; i dont think i've ever slept more than 20 mins on a flight. In normal day to day life i'm rarely anxious about anything; but flying is a different issue lol. It might be an issue if i have to fly to Europe in may; so i'm trying to figure out the best way to calm down

I'm more scared driving my car than riding in a plane...

Especially if for some odd reason my wife is driving...

Take you some Dramamine. I had to the first time I flew to Ireland, but it's good now. I don't have anxiety from fllying, I just can't sleep anywhere but my couch or my bed :D

I pass out completely on 5 hour flights all the time. I travel for work, im in canada now, and I fell asleep before the plane took off and woke up when it hit the ground.
